Submit Nomination for Sustained Superior Performance Award
Your nomination helps us celebrate the people and organizations making Canada’s industrial maintenance sector safer. Fill out each section with as much detail as possible. The Sustained Superior Performance Award will be bestowed upon a GPMA or NMA Employer and Client who execute maintenance work at a particularjobsite in the absence of a recordable incident across consecutive operational years.
The SSPA is divided into 3 categories: Gold, Silver and Bronze with the following eligibility criteria:
Bronze
A minimum of 2 consecutive years (with at least 500,000 to 599,999 craft hours total) without a recordable incident must be achieved to be eligible to apply for this award.
Silver
A minimum of 2 consecutive years (with at least 600,000 to 999,999 craft hours total) without a recordable incident must be achieved to be eligible to apply for this award.
Gold
A minimum of 2 consecutive years (with over 1 million craft hours) without a recordable incident must be achieved to be eligible to apply for this award.
Craft Hours submitted can include both long-term maintenance and shutdown type work. All hours must stem from the same Owner/Client worksite.
